Pelatihan TUTEP untuk Mahasiswa dan Umum: Meningkatkan Keterampilan Pendidikan

Sebuah pelatihan Teacher Training and Education Personnel (TUTEP) yang terbuka untuk mahasiswa dan masyarakat umum telah sukses diselenggarakan, dengan ketua tim Segu, S.Pd, MA, sebagai narasumber utama. Dalam kegiatan ini, dosen anggota PKM Sulaiman, M.Pd, serta partisipasi mahasiswa seperti Feni Nurhaliza, Nurhasani, Yuni Safitri, dan Egi Dian Fitri, memberikan kontribusi berharga.

Narasumber utama, ketua tim Segu, S.Pd, MA, membahas strategi efektif dalam melibatkan mahasiswa dan masyarakat dalam proses pendidikan. Beliau menekankan peran penting pendidikan dalam mengembangkan kapasitas individu dan masyarakat secara keseluruhan.

Membangun Literasi Bahasa Inggris dalam Kegiatan Keagamaan di Pesantren

Dalam upaya mengintegrasikan literasi Bahasa Inggris ke dalam kegiatan keagamaan, sukses menyelenggarakan program yang inovatif. Kegiatan ini diprakarsai oleh ketua tim Militansina, M.Pd, dan didukung oleh dosen anggota PKM Nanik Shobikah, M.Pd, serta partisipasi aktif mahasiswa seperti Budi Pangestu dan Efyu Rahmah Shalihah.

Ketua tim, Militansina, M.Pd, membuka program dengan menyoroti pentingnya memperkaya keterampilan Bahasa Inggris dalam konteks keagamaan. “Memahami Bahasa Inggris dapat menjadi sarana untuk mengakses pengetahuan dan memperluas cakrawala pemahaman, termasuk dalam konteks keagamaan,” ujarnya.

Dosen anggota PKM, Nanik Shobikah, M.Pd, menyajikan materi mengenai strategi integrasi literasi Bahasa Inggris dalam kegiatan keagamaan. Beliau menekankan pentingnya menciptakan pembelajaran yang holistik, di mana aspek bahasa juga diperhatikan secara mendalam.

Mahasiswa yang terlibat, Budi Pangestu dan Efyu Rahmah Shalihah, aktif berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan literasi Bahasa Inggris. Mereka membantu dalam menyusun materi, memfasilitasi sesi diskusi, dan memberikan panduan praktis kepada peserta.

“Program ini membuktikan bahwa literasi Bahasa Inggris dapat diintegrasikan dengan harmonis dalam kegiatan keagamaan di pesantren. Hal ini tidak hanya memberikan manfaat dalam pemahaman ajaran agama, tetapi juga membuka peluang untuk terlibat dalam dialog global,” ungkap ketua tim Militansina, M.Pd.

Program ini memberikan peserta kesempatan untuk merasakan manfaat positif dari pengembangan literasi Bahasa Inggris, yang tidak hanya terbatas pada konteks akademis, tetapi juga merambah ke aspek kehidupan keagamaan. Narasumber Narrative Reporting: Mengasah Keterampilan Pelaporan Naratif

Sebuah kegiatan pelatihan bertajuk “Narative Reporting” diselenggarakan dengan kehadiran narasumber unggul, ketua tim Nur Rahmiani, M.Pd, serta dosen anggota PKM Militansina, M.Pd. Mahasiswa yang terlibat, seperti Efyu Rahmah Shalihah dan Wiwin Kurnia, turut berkontribusi dalam memperkaya pengalaman peserta dalam mengasah keterampilan pelaporan naratif.

Narasumber utama, ketua tim Nur Rahmiani, M.Pd, membahas esensi dan pentingnya narrative reporting dalam menyampaikan informasi dengan cara yang menarik dan persuasif. “Mengembangkan keterampilan pelaporan naratif dapat meningkatkan daya saing komunikatif dalam dunia profesional,” ujarnya.

Dosen anggota PKM Militansina, M.Pd, menyajikan pendekatan praktis dalam narrative reporting dengan memperhatikan kejelasan struktur, narasi yang memikat, dan keakraban dengan audiens. Beliau memberikan contoh-contoh kasus dan strategi untuk menghadapi berbagai tantangan dalam menyusun laporan naratif.

Workshop ini bukan hanya memberikan pengetahuan tentang teori dan prinsip dasar narrative reporting, tetapi juga memberikan kesempatan bagi peserta untuk merancang dan mempresentasikan laporan naratif mereka sendiri. Dengan demikian, kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan keterampilan berkomunikasi peserta dalam menyampaikan informasi secara efektif melalui narasi yang kuat.

“How ASEAN can develop an ethical and sustainable workplace for future generations: Ethics of the ASEAN vision of a Human-centric workplace” Webinar

The ethics of living is strongly linked to work since that’s what takes most of the time in our adult lives, determines the welfare of ourselves and family, and contributes to a meaningful life… or not, depending on the work. 

We know that changes in our highly diverse ASEAN workplace are driven by technology, the need for new skills, urbanization, and the creative destruction of jobs. But with the COVID-19 pandemic, these forces suddenly accelerated and many ethical issues were revealed, including inequality, health, and new ways of working. Going forward in ASEAN, we need to revisit the ASEAN vision of work and tackle the ethical issues that face us together. 

Our panel of leaders represents diverse perspectives in our dialogue – from global companies to government to civil service societies. This webinar will ask three critical questions about the ethics of the future of work.  They are:
     1. Are people considered a resource or a purpose in the ASEAN workplace? Is the idea of work as a vehicle of human development feasible?
     2. What are the fundamental changes in work coming out of the pandemic and how does that affect the ASEAN vision for an ethical and sustainable workplace for the future?
     3. What are the most important ethical gaps in the ASEAN workforce (women, inequality, work migration, lack of inclusion.) and how can millennials bring about the change that is needed to address them?

Our panelists will share their experience and vision of the future with a view to helping participants define their own ethics of work. “How ASEAN can develop an ethical and sustainable workplace for future generations: Ethics of the ASEAN vision of a Human-centric workplace” will be held on 2 December 2021 at 9.00-12.00 (GMT+7 Bangkok local time).
